Terms of Service
By creating an account or using ApplyBridge AI ("Service"), a product of Hosanna Group, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
1. What we are — and are not
ApplyBridge AI is a software platform that helps students discover schools, prepare application documents, and collaborate with agents, agencies, and schools. We are not a government body, a law firm, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), or a Designated Learning Institution. We do not issue visas, study permits, work permits, or letters of acceptance.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. AI credits & subscriptions
Paid plans and AI credit top-ups (including via Fapshi / MTN MoMo / Orange Money) purchase platform services only. Credits are non-transferable, may expire, and are not redeemable for cash. Subscription terms, renewal, and refund eligibility are described on the Billing page and in your plan summary.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; (b) use the Service to circumvent IRCC, school, or any other regulator's rules; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) upload malware or unlawful content.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated content (SOPs, refusal analyses, AB Consultant responses, school matches, eligibility scores) is informational only, may be inaccurate, and must be reviewed by you (and a regulated professional where appropriate) before being submitted anywhere. You retain ownership of the documents you author; you grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the Service.
6. Third parties
Agents, agencies, and schools listed on the Service operate independently. Any agreement you enter with them is between you and that third party. ApplyBridge AI is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for their conduct, fees, or outcomes.
7. No guarantees
We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarships, employment, refund, or any other specific outcome. Success scores, fit scores, and similar metrics are heuristics.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyBridge AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to ApplyBridge AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with law. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
