Disclaimer & Important Notices

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Please read carefully before using ApplyBridge AI.

  1. ApplyBridge AI is an independent technology platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Government of Canada, any embassy, consulate, visa application centre (VFS / VAC), or any Designated Learning Institution (DLI).
  2. ApplyBridge AI does not issue visas, study permits, work permits, letters of acceptance, admission decisions, or any other government or institutional document. Only IRCC and accredited institutions can issue such decisions.
  3. ApplyBridge AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The platform is not a substitute for a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), a licensed lawyer, or a Designated Education Agent. For binding legal or immigration advice, consult a regulated professional.
  4. Our "AB Consultant", SOP Builder, Refusal Analyzer, school matcher, and other AI features generate informational drafts only. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user (and, where appropriate, a regulated professional) before any submission.
  5. Eligibility assessments, success scores, fit scores, and similar metrics are heuristic estimates — they do not predict and do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship, refund, employment, or any specific outcome.
  6. Program data, tuition, intake dates, deadlines, and policy summaries are sourced from public materials and partner submissions. They may change without notice. Always verify directly with the institution and IRCC before relying on them.
  7. ApplyBridge AI never asks you to pay IRCC, embassy, biometrics, or institution fees through the platform. Payments processed on ApplyBridge AI (including via Fapshi, MTN MoMo, Orange Money, or any future provider) cover platform services and AI credits only.
  8. Users are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of any information they submit to schools, agents, agencies, or government bodies. Misrepresentation in an immigration application is a serious offence under Canadian law.
  9. Communication with agents, agencies, schools, or other partners through ApplyBridge AI does not create a representation relationship unless an explicit written engagement is signed with that partner.
  10. ApplyBridge AI does not guarantee the conduct, licensing status, or service quality of any third-party agent, agency, school, or consultant listed on the platform. Always perform your own due diligence.
  11. By using ApplyBridge AI you accept that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, and that ApplyBridge AI, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any decision, loss, or damage arising from reliance on platform content or AI outputs.

No professional relationship

Using ApplyBridge AI, contacting our support team, or interacting with the AB Consultant does not create a lawyer-client, RCIC-client, agent-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and ApplyBridge AI or any of its operators, employees, or contractors.

AI limitations

Our AI features rely on large language models which can produce inaccurate, biased, or fabricated information ("hallucinations"). Do not submit AI output to any government body, school, or third party without independent verification. Citations, policy summaries, deadlines, fees, and eligibility rules must always be confirmed against the official source (e.g. canada.ca/IRCC, the institution's official website).

Payments

Payments made on ApplyBridge AI — including via Fapshi, MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, card networks, or any future provider — purchase platform services and AI credits only. They are not, and shall never be construed as, payments to IRCC, a Canadian visa office, a school, or any embassy or VFS/VAC. ApplyBridge AI will never ask you to pay government or institution fees through the platform.

Third parties

Agents, agencies, schools, and other partners listed or reachable through ApplyBridge AI operate independently. ApplyBridge AI does not warrant their licensing status, conduct, fees, or outcomes. Always verify a Canadian immigration representative's licensing on the CICC public register and a school's status on the IRCC DLI list before engaging.

Jurisdiction

ApplyBridge AI is operated from Canada. By using the platform you agree that any dispute will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Operator

ApplyBridge AI is a product of Hosanna Group.
