Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information ApplyBridge AI, a product of Hosanna Group, collects, how we use it, and your choices. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and aim to honour GDPR-style rights for users in other jurisdictions.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email, role), application content you upload (SOPs, transcripts, refusal letters, IDs), communications with agents/schools, billing metadata (never raw card data — payment provider tokens only), and standard product telemetry (logins, feature usage, audit events).
How we use it
To operate the platform, provide AI features, route applications between students/agents/schools, secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the Service.
AI processing
Documents and prompts you submit to AI features are processed by our AI providers under contractual confidentiality and "no-training" terms. We do not sell your data and do not allow AI vendors to train foundation models on your content.
Sharing
We share data only as needed: with agents/agencies/schools you explicitly engage; with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI gateway, payment processors such as Fapshi); when required by law; or in a corporate transaction with notice.
Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information from Settings, or by writing to privacy@applybridge.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
We use row-level security, encryption in transit, scoped service tokens, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong unique password and enable any multi-factor controls available.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent.
